Return Policy

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please read our returns policy carefully, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Due to the intimate nature of our products and our strict health policies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear, swimwear, wrestling singlets, face masks/hoods, toys or wellness products. 

Please note that sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Ordered The Wrong Size

If you wish to exchange a clothing item for a different size, please contact us to arrange for a return label. Once we have received your returned item, we will send you out the correct size if it's available. If it's out of stock, we will issue you with a store credit.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind and decide that you do not want the product anymore, we will issue you with a store credit once your items have been returned to our headquarters. 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, or the incorrect item is delivered to you, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you with a refund. In this case, please send through a photo of the item/s you received, and the packing slip included in your order.   

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a return address and any necessary instructions. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags and labels attached.

United States

Returns for orders below $150 USD are charged at $20 USD, excluding damaged items.

Australia

Returns are charged via the Australia Post Returns Portal on a case by case basis.

Rest of the World

Due to constraints with our carrier (DHL), we ask that you arrange for return shipping with your local carrier at your cost.

Replacements & Store Credits

We will only action replacements and store credits once your original item has been returned to our headquarters.
